Our trustees Aisha & Andrea travelled to Zimbabwe at the start of October and had an opportunity to deliver some school bags packed with stationery, exercise books and socks which we managed to buy thanks to all your donations & fundraising efforts.
It was an emotional visit as the children expressed their gratitude for the items.
What did the children receive?
Each child received a K.U.K Alliance branded backpack which had:
30cm ruler
4 black pens
4 blue pens
4 pencils
2 writing exercise books and 2 maths exercise books
3 pairs of socks
A calculator
1 packet of sanitary pads for the girls
